Top notch service as usual. Went in for large box braids and came out in under 3 hours. Feeling very satisfied. Will be coming back for more.

The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming, and everyone was kind and professional. I really appreciated how, when I showed a picture of the style I wanted, the stylist was able to accomplish it beautifully. I received faux locs, and the style turned out exactly how I envisioned.

The only drawback was that the X-pressions braiding hair used caused an allergic reaction on my scalp, leaving it irritated, red, and flaky. I believe it would be helpful if stylists asked clients about any sensitivities to synthetic hair beforehand or provided alternative options, such as Marley twist, spring twist, or other fibers.

Despite the scalp irritation, I was able to find a solution to manage it, and I am still very happy with how my hair turned out. I will definitely return in the future, but I will make sure to provide a different type of synthetic hair that works better for me.

The shop is very clean, staff is professional in nature and attire. It has been a very long time since I have been at a shop where customers matter. It was a very soothing experience. Please keep up the good work. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend others give it a try.
